Delegating Roles in a Sports Group: Admin, Permissions, Cashier

Managing a sports group single-handedly works while the group is small. With a dozen or so regular players, an admin who does everything alone — booking the court, creating sessions, chasing payments, answering questions — eventually burns out. You don’t have to hand over control of the whole group to lighten that load.
A second admin — full trust, within your plan's limit
Promoting someone to admin gives them full rights: creating and editing sessions, managing members, changing group settings. That makes sense for someone who genuinely co-organizes the group with you, not just helps with one thing. The number of admins depends on your plan: just you on Lite, up to three on Regular, unlimited on Pro.
Permission to create sessions — without full admin rights
Sometimes you need someone who always books the court and creates the session, but shouldn't have access to managing members or group settings. You can grant a specific player just the permission to create and run sessions — without promoting them to full admin. This works well for someone who books the hall anyway but shouldn't necessarily decide on other group matters.
Cashier — a role for one session, not a permanent one
Settlements don't have to always fall on the same person. After a session ends, any player can volunteer as cashier for that specific session, and the admin — or the session's own organizer — confirms them, without needing to be a group admin. That lets settlements rotate between trusted people instead of always landing on one. Players who do this regularly even earn a Cashier badge.

Roles are assigned separately for each group — you can run one and be a regular member of another. See how it works.
Frequently asked questions
Can any member become an admin?
No — only a current admin or the group owner can promote someone to admin, and the number of admins is limited by plan (Lite: 1, Regular: 3, Pro: unlimited).
Is cashier a permanent role in the group?
No. The cashier is assigned per session — any player can volunteer after a session ends, and the admin or that session's organizer confirms them. The role is open again for the next session.
I want someone to only create sessions, not manage members — is that possible?
Yes — instead of promoting them to full admin, you can grant just the permission to create and run sessions.
