Run your racket-sport group without the spreadsheet-and-chat chaos
Sessions, sign-ups, waitlist and settlements — all in one place. The app handles the details, so you and your players can just enjoy the game.
No card required. No commitment.
Already 200+ sessions played on Courtino.

Spreadsheets and group chats work — until they don't
The more people and courts you have, the more you end up copying into a spreadsheet by hand. Someone has to explain to newcomers how to even use it, publish sign-ups manually, and keep the waitlist order straight. Even the smallest change — someone dropping out of a session — needs someone to step in.
Courtino takes over sign-ups, the waitlist and settlements automatically.

Built for real, regular sessions — in badminton, squash, tennis, padel, pickleball and table tennis. You pick the sport when you create the group.
Group charges — shared group expenses
The app fee, balls bought from a teammate, a hall for a tournament? Issue a charge to the whole group or selected people, and the app shows who has paid, reminds the rest and lets you confirm payments with one tap.
Learn more →Sessions and slots
Plan sessions split into courts and time slots. Players see availability and sign up with one click.
Learn more →Sign-ups and waitlist
The spot limit enforces itself. When someone drops out, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted. You can also switch signups to a lottery when slots regularly oversubscribe.
Learn more →Settlements and cashier
Track who paid for a session, settle sports cards and guests, generate summaries without counting on paper. Each group settles up in its own currency — złoty, euro, pound, hryvnia or another European currency.
Learn more →Rankings and stats
Record match results and track ELO rankings (singles/doubles), 1-on-1 head-to-heads, badges and statistics. After every session you get a recap: closest match, upset of the day and the MVP — it builds engagement and healthy competition in the group.
Learn more →Open sessions — fill the gaps
Two players short for tomorrow and nobody in the group is free? Open that one session to players from outside the group: it shows up under “Games nearby” or you share it by link. You decide who joins, and guests don't touch the group's ranking.

No switching between a chat, a spreadsheet and a calendar — everything in one place.

The session list, always at hand
Upcoming, ongoing and completed group sessions in one view — no scrolling through chat history to find the latest details.

A recap after every session
Session MVP, the closest match and the day's upset — calculated automatically from the entered results, no counting on paper.

What group admins say
„I would definitely recommend Courtino to every sports group admin – especially if you’re tired of constantly keeping track of sign-ups, changes and payments. The app does it for you and lets you focus on the game itself, not on organising it.”
- Before
- Sign-ups happened in a chat, while the player list and payments were kept manually in a spreadsheet. Every change had to be corrected in two places, so mistakes and outdated information crept in.
- Now
- Signing up takes a few moments thanks to notifications that link straight to the sign-up page. Recurring sessions, the waitlist, finding a substitute and settlements now run largely on their own.
„It’s a good app for managing sports groups, especially when you have many players who can otherwise miss or forget their game schedules.”
- Before
- Group management was mostly about coordination through chats and manually keeping track of players, games and arrangements.
- Now
- There is much more clarity around the players list, venue and court numbers. It has made it easier for everyone to know where and when they are playing.

Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
As soon as you create a group you get full access to every Pro plan feature for 14 days — no card required. Afterwards you pick a paid plan, or the group switches to read-only mode.
Which sports does it work for?
When you create a group you pick its sport: badminton, squash, tennis, padel, pickleball or table tennis. The app adapts its wording (table tennis talks about tables instead of courts), emoji and suggestions such as the default match type. Sessions and slots, sign-ups, the waitlist, settlements and the ELO ranking work the same in every sport, and players can filter groups and open sessions by sport.
How does payment work?
You pay by a simple bank transfer against an invoice — no card details stored in our system. We activate the plan personally, right after the payment is recorded.
Who is Courtino for — and what is it not for?
Any group that meets regularly for sessions or classes: private groups of friends, clubs and sports academies. Courtino handles signups, the waitlist and settlements within a single group. It is not a tool for running league play (standings, home and away fixtures, seasons) or tournament brackets. The in-session game schedule and round pairing are for organising games within one session.
What happens if I don't renew?
The group switches to read-only mode — all data, history and stats stay safely preserved. Creating new sessions and sign-ups comes right back as soon as you pick a paid plan, and the cashier can keep settling existing payments the whole time.
Can I change my plan while subscribed?
Yes — message us through the contact form and we'll personally change your group's plan.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices manually after every payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — simply don't renew the subscription. The group switches to read-only mode and your data isn't deleted.
Is Courtino the former B-Admin-Time?
Yes. The name and the address have changed — it's now courtino.net. Accounts, groups, and game and payment history work as before, and old b-admin-time.pl links redirect to the new address.
